Cheryl, the Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer, is an expert in interpersonal communication strategy, leadership development, and experiential learning. Her blend of experience in organizational leadership, executive education, and theatrical performance informs the LeadvantEDGE learning methodology. In addition to program facilitation and executive coaching, Cheryl directs the design of innovative, engaging solutions that build inclusive leadership practices.
Prior to co-founding LeadvantEDGE, she held management and leadership development roles and was a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia University Business School Executive Education and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Cheryl is a member of the faculty for the FDNY Officer’s Management School.
Cheryl holds a B.A. degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.
